Creative duo working across visual imaginaries, languages, and media.
Rooted in art and design — from graphics and product to spatial and set design — our practice moves through different contexts with a research-driven attitude, combining intuition and precision.
We create images, both still and moving, often within sets we design ourselves. Our work connects with the worlds of experimental and underground music, publishing, and independent culture — through books, fanzines, and collaborations with artists, companies, and institutions. It aims to resist the ephemeral nature of contemporaneity, pursuing instead a sense of identity and coherence.
In a landscape shaped by advertising and acceleration, we look for clarity, synthesis, and boldness — using design as a method to balance media and message, form and meaning.
Influenced by art publishing and the DIY ethos, we develop projects that are specific, personal, and context-aware — each one a reflection of its own process.
We also run Super (↗), a platform curating events and interventions related to the visual and performing arts, as well as workshops and talks hosted at MO.CA – Centro per le nuove culture in Brescia.
A. S. was founded in 2018 by Linda Alborghetti and Marco Bellini as a space dedicated to visual research and design experimentation.
